AMD Provides Gamers With DirectX11 List

The newest technology on computers today is DirectX11, though there are only a handful of games which currently support it. In fact, the DirectX11 launch is looking just like the DirectX10 launch, in which games such as Age of Conan were the only games set to support it. Currently none of the titles on the list are major money makers, but the three games which are supported for 2009 are BattleForge, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat, and DiRT 2.
However, come 2010, we’ll see games and engines, most notably the Unreal engine, able to support new technology. Given the sheer amount of games based on the Unreal engine, this is very, very good news.
