Left 4 Dead 2 Live 2 Nite

There’s been a bit of confusion over the release of Left 4 Dead 2, as Valve has repeatedly quoted November 17th as the release date. However, the game is scheduled to go live much sooner in most of the country, with the release date being set as November 17th, 12AM for the East Coast. However, if you live in one of the other time zones, you’ll be bashing zombie skulls much, much sooner.
When L4D2 will go live:
* Monday, November 16th, 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
* Monday, November 16th, 10:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
* Monday, November 16th, 11:00 PM Central Standard Time
* Tuesday, November 17th, 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Standard Time
* Tuesday, November 17th, 5:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time
* Tuesday, November 17th, 8:00 AM Moscow Time
* Tuesday, November 17th, 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time
In addition, the good folks over at Valve have released more information about the survivors we’ll be playing as come Tuesday, or Monday, for most of the United States. Their bios are pretty interesting, with characters just as diverse as the original cast, though it remains to be seen just how likeable they’ll be.
Pre-order bonuses such as the baseball bat and Bill’s Hat for TF2 owners are still available up until the game launches in your local time zone.
