Scribblenauts DEVs Move On To Consoles

Scribblenauts has proved a huge success among all types of gamers, particularly because of the wide variety of objects you can spawn is practically only limited by your imagination. Well, this news may come as a blessing to some, and a curse to others. 5th Cell, the developers of creative DS games Scribblenauts and Drawn To Life are moving on to console games, with the first being an Xbox Live Arcade game. No details have been released yet, but here’s what co-founder Jeremiah Slaczka had to say:
“We’re doing an Xbox Live Arcade title next, and it’s going to be pretty big,” Slaczka says. Oh, and don’t hold your breath for an impending announcement. “It’s going to be really cool. We’re very excited about it… it’s totally not ready to be announced. It’s far away.”
This news is hot on the heels of the announcement that the next chapter of Drawn To Life, aptly titled Next Chapter, will be released next week. We’re personally hoping for a Scribblenauts port to XBLA. How awesome would that be?
