Zombie Apocalypse Hitting XBLA, PSN This Wednesday
Still not sick of zombie killing between your sessions of Left 4 Dead and Killing Floor? Well, here’s another body.. er.. game to throw onto the fire. Nihilistic recently announced on their website that their zombie shooter, aptly named Zombie Apocalypse will be available on Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday, with the PSN release following on Thursday.
The game appears to be a cross between Left 4 Dead and Smash TV, as it is a top-down arcade style shooter in which you’re warding off wave after wave of zombies in several different settings. In fact, there are 55 different levels along with 11 different weapons for you to wield with up to 4 people in the online co-op, or you can go head to head by yourself.
The game is set to cost 800 Microsoft points, or $10 for you PSN geeks.
