Rachel Nichols was a previous hotness of the day when she starred in Star Trek.  Now, the hottie has been pumping iron for her role in GI Joe and becomes our first 2 time hotness of the day.  The extra muscle comes from a workout dubbed The Action Hero Babe Workout.  She was quoted as saying this about being an action hero babe:

“To be an action hero you have to be tough enough to kick the bad guys butt. To be a female action hero you not only need to be tough enough to kick the bad guys butt, but you have to do it with big hair, body hugging clothes and high heels.”
