Halo Wars Goes RTS
Halo Wars is going to be released for the XBox on February 27th in Europe and on March 3, 2009 for North America. So what should we expect from the latest Halo offering? The major difference is that the game moves to Real Time Strategy (RTS) rather than first person shooter. This is going to force you to change your control styles from previous Halo releases, because you can’t just drag, click, and box units. Instead, you use the controller buttons as you would hot keys to carry out tasks such as selecting all your units. Basically, you have to change your whole first person shooter mind set. But don’t let this change from keeping you in the game. Over 2 million people have downloaded the demo and good reviews are buzzing.
