Olympics record breaker Michael Phelps has a new girl. You’d think it was a classy, All American athlete like himself right? Well not exactly, Phelps has been dating an Asian cocktail waitress for the last 2 months that looks like a rocker groupie. Although don’t get me wrong she is a hottie even with the tats covering the majority of her back. Her name is Caroline Pal and she goes by the nickname Caz.
