Are You Ready For Herod’s Lost Tomb
The famous science and wilderness education center National Geographic is apparently entering the gaming world. This month, National Geographic Games, a newly formed department within the company, will launch three games to be soon followed by another three games early next year. The games will be developed for the Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Wii, PC + MAC, handheld gaming devices, and even the iPhone. They are not messing around are they? So what type of games could we be seeing from National Geographic….my first instinct is painfully slow learning type games. But after hearing they have signed Chris Mate, who is a former Take 2 Interactive employee (think Grand Theft Auto) to be Vice President you never know! The first game to launch will be Herod’s Lost Tomb which is about the biblical figure King Herod, architect of the ancient world.
