Does Wii Fit really work? To answer this questions I need to go off on a tangent first……It is so easy to cheat at Wii Fit or play any “active” Wii Game without moving a bone! I keep reading how the Wii has dropped 10lbs of fat on so and so. Also, the concept of people recovering from injury or improving their heart has come up. Come on cut the crap! Its all about how hard and active you are when you play – yes you need to swing the wii remote like its a real tennis racket and move your feet people. Countless times I’ve seen people bowl without moving a limb. How is this going to do a thing? This isn’t going to make you lose one single pound. Anyone who thinks it will is kidding themselves. Run: Jogging in place with a Wiimote in your back pocket isn’t really going to buff you up anyway, so why not lie on the couch while you “work out”? When prompted to run, bounce the pointer end of the Wiimote against your leg at a steady clip.
