Wii Assisting Olympic Winners?
We all love the Wii, but can it help you win Olympic Gold Medals? If you ask Japans gold medalist swimmer Kosuke Kitajima he’ll tell you its an intrical part of mental training! Not only did Kosuke win a gold but he broke the world record for the 100meter breast stroke. Kitajima relied on swimming laps, eating a sound diet, and playing Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games. He was quoted as saying:
“See, Mario does the breaststroke,” he stated, “and thus, it’s perfect mental training for envisioning the actual Olympic hall.”
I guess we have another reason to play the Wii. lol!
