Favre Continues the Curse of Madden

As we showed in an earlier post, Brett Favre was the lucky (or should we say cursed) winner of making the 2009 Madden Cover. Well what do you know, even before the season starts Brett Favre has been traded to the New York Jets. So every time you see the cover of Madden you can view Favre on his old team! Hopefully for the Jets sake being traded is a curse enough and the usual Madden cover boy injury never happens. EA has released a statement that they will not be creating a new cover with Brett Favre in a Jets uniform.
